Seriously, the length of time varies depending on what you need to gain from our work together, and the time that you have to commit to yourself. Often, that’s one of the first things we have to discuss is how to take the oxygen mask for yourself this time and give you the time that could pay huge dividends for you and so many of those who love and care for you.

It’s important that while we are creating meaningful and lasting change in your life that we are talking about your wins. By measuring and observing the change you are making, we can make a clear plan on how to move forward in therapy. *Please note that if you’re interested in working with one of our therapists in DBT or RO-DBT and have not completed a comprehensive DBT program before, we typically require that you be enrolled in a local group DBT or RO-DBT program. These treatments typically require both a group and individual component. Many of these options are virtual now.
